I have an apartment for rent,I'll rent north room. My
gf and I live in the south room(Cos her work is busy,she
can't be here everyday.she works Software Park too),The
north room is big enough to make u feel comfortable,There
is a double bed in north room,and some furnitures.Composite
wood floor,good condition.I work in Software Park. Welcome
young people who has steady work and neatly to share this
apartment with me. I prefer young people who is working in
Software Park or High New tech zone. You can cook delicious
foods here :)
Requirements:
Lovers,a couple or two girls. No kids, no pets,not students.

I don't accept argy-bargy. If you think the apartment is
not worth the price,it's ok,I hope you can find a suitable
one as soon as possible. For save trouble, I can include the
fees list below: water, gas,electricity, Wide Band. But the
price will add 100RMB.It will be 650RMB/month.And,If you want
to pay the water,gas,electricity separately,the Wide
Band must be shared together,The price is 50RMB/Month. I prefer
650RMB/Month include gas,water,electricity.This can save trouble.
The rent should be paid by the quarter or half year. In addition,
there isn't have CATV! Now the TV has 5 channels, very clear.
